Damaged or Defective policy

Damaged perfume bottles can only be exchanged for the same perfume; by sending it to Junaid P.O.Box 212 Manama- Bahrain. Shipping and credit card costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless an error made by us. Any cost incurred to return the product/Products to us will not be refunded unless an error with your order made by us.

Products bought through our website can only be exchanged with our shops if the product you have received is damaged or not the product that you ordered.

In the case of products that are delivered to you by signed-for delivery, you should inspect the products prior to signing for delivery. If you are not a consumer, we shall not be liable for any obvious damage or defects to products that would have been apparent on inspection at the point of delivery if you have signed-for the delivery of the products without noting on the delivery paperwork that the products are "damaged". The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Manama, Bahrain, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
