1. What do I do if I get the wrong order?
If you get a wrong order, contact Junaid customer care via Email: customercare@junaidperfumes.com or contact us directly through WhatsApp: +973 36896665.
2. How can I give my feedback about my order?
After you receive your product, you will receive an email asking you for your feedback.
3. How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time usually takes 2–7 days after we have received your order. If your order has been delayed for more than one week, please contact our customer care number.
4. How can I apply ECP (exclusive customer program)?
Once your purchase equals BD50 or more (at our physical stores only), you will be provided with a pamphlet to fill in your details, and an ECP card will be mailed to you. (Goods purchased online do not count towards ECP points.)
5. What are the Junaid branch timings?
Junaid branches are usually open from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM. However, some branches in Saudi Arabia open from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM, then reopen at 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
6. How to apply for a vacancy in Syed Junaid Alam W.L.L?
You may apply for vacancies by sending your resume to jobsbahrain@junaidperfumes.com or apply directly to the SJA head office.
7. How can I find Junaid branches?
To find our Junaid branches, click on our "World of Junaid" or "Our Locations" to view a map of Junaid Stores.
8. Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver only to the GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and UAE).
9. How do I contact customer support?

10. Where can I check your delivery policies?
You can check our delivery policies by clicking on the delivery information in the footer menu or our policies tab.
11. How do I order a gift for someone?
To order a gift for someone, after entering your billing information, you can change the shipping information to the recipient’s address.
12. How will I know when my registration is complete?
You will receive a confirmation email after you have signed up.
13. How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed on the Junaid website, you cannot cancel it manually. However, you can contact us, and we will cancel it for you. Email: customercare@junaidperfumes.com, WhatsApp: 00973 36896665.
14. How do I track my order?
Paste the tracking number on the courier websites as per your country. You can find your tracking number and the courier company name in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was placed.

15. What are my payment options?
Cash upon delivery is available for all GCC countries on our website, along with specific credit cards. In Bahrain, Benefit Pay is also available and as for Saudi we have Tamara
16. How do I leave a review for the fragrance or accessories?
A review form will be sent to you one day after your purchase, where you can review our products or delivery service.
17. What delivery company do you use?
We currently employ the below courier companies for delivery:

· Qatar – Qatar Post
18. Do you have express delivery service?
Express delivery is available only for some areas (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar & UAE). Delivery will follow the opening hours of the Head Office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
19. What happens to my order when I don’t receive it?
If delivery is attempted directly by Syed Junaid, you will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange a new delivery time. Please respond to such calls to avoid any delay in your order delivery, and ensure you are available at the agreed time and location.
