Refund & Return policy
Refund of online payments can only be made if the order placed is canceled within 24 hours or before it is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Refund of a delivered order can only be made if the product comes out of the box as damaged and is reported to our customer care department within 2 weeks of receiving the product by the customer. Cash on delivery service charges is nonrefundable.
Shipping and credit card costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless an error is made by us.
Any cost incurred to return the product/Products to us will not be refunded unless an error with your order is made by us.
Damaged perfume bottles can only be exchanged for the same perfume; by sending it to Junaid P.O.Box 212 Manama- Bahrain. Shipping and credit card costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless an error is made by us. Any cost incurred to return the product/Products to us will not be refunded unless an error with your order is made by us.
There will be no refunds or returns for any product(s) that is reported damaged in any way after 1 month of buying.
